We use a sand-carving process. We print the design in a film that accommodates pigment or dye based ink. Then we transfer the design to a photo resist film in a special UV Exposure system. We use a special adhesive to adhere the film to our stone to begin the process. We carved then the stone using a sandblasting cabin we propelled a very fine grain of Aluminum Oxide to the surface. The abrasive carves the surface only in the open areas of the stencil. Then we stain the clean area or leave it natural and remove the mask. After we sealed it and the product is ready for final use.
